Jonathan Wilson is a dynamic, experienced leader in M&A and Strategy with over 23 years of experience in the management consulting industry, working directly for Accenture, Bank of America, Deloitte, Grant Thornton, and Dubb Value Creation leading both business and technology engagements. Some of Jonathan’s clients have included Deutsche Bank, E*TRADE, HSBC, Medtronic, Midaxo, ServiceMaster Brands, Simmons Bank, State Farm, TD Ameritrade, and Treehouse Foods.

While Jonathan has participated in all stages of M&A for both buy-side and sell-side (M&A Strategy, Target Assessment, Buyer Assessment, Due Diligence, Integration), a true strength is his ability to lead with a people-first mindset while also managing deal dynamics, synergies, issues, and risks. Jonathan is an effective problem solver and connector, adept at defining strategy, managing M&A transactions, implementing strategic business growth initiatives, and leading during times of crisis and change.

When Jonathan is not focused on inorganic growth for companies, he serves as President of UCLA Anderson Black Alumni, where he received his MBA. Additionally, he serves as the Chair of the Social Justice Task Force for the City of West Hollywood.
