About Lora Estes
Lora manages all administrative support functions at the San Jose office for our dealmakers. Her training, experience and attention to details enable her to prepare financial analysis spreadsheets, create and maintain confidential marketing documents, and provide support in creating business valuation reports. Lora’s paralegal training and experience enable her to manage secure data rooms, create confidential information memorandums, manage communications, generate leads, and organize infrastructure for the San Jose team. Lora audits all offering documents to ensure that they are complete and approved by clients prior to publishing. She supports agents’ marketing activities by researching in proprietary databases, compiling prospect lists, sending mass emails, and following up with phone calls. Her consistent support enables agents to spend more time working directly with clients, improving their productivity.
