Amy Cole is the Managing Partner of M&A Business Advisors, a full-service Business Brokerage and M&A Advisory Firm and The Leader in Business Sales and Acquisitions. Amy brings 30+ years of strategic marketing, sales and operational expertise to her role as a trusted M&A Advisor, Business Intermediary and Certified Business Broker.  She is a deal maker and transaction master with a 90%+ success close rate. Services include business valuations, sell-side representation for business owners and buy-side acquisition searches. She works closely with each client to facilitate the process, ensuring needs are met every step of the way, until closing.

A progressive background includes Vice President roles with venture backed start-ups, mid-market firms and public companies as well as the ownership of her own consulting practice. Demonstrated success is shown by bringing hundreds of products to market, closing high volume sales deals and negotiating successful business transactions for Buyers and Sellers.

With diverse industry experience including manufacturing, wholesale, distribution, business services, technology and retail, Ms. Cole has led teams through acquisitions and IPOs. Prior to joining M&A Business Advisors as Managing Partner and ABI as its Principal owner, Amy managed the East Bay Region of Sunbelt, the largest network of highly trained brokers in the US. Amy speaks publicly on topics including Exit Strategy Planning, Maximizing Business Value, and Preparing a Business for Sale, Merger or Acquisition.

Ms. Cole is an active fundraiser and volunteer for several Bay Area charities, and enjoys hiking, and traveling with her husband, English horse riding, and supporting her 3 boys, who are all young adulting and launching great careers.
