Edward Testo, ASA, has been a licensed California commercial/industrial real estate broker since 2008.  He is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) by the American Society of Appraisers in the Machinery & Technical Specialties discipline.  His business experience includes key management position in a publicly owned company as well as founding, growing and selling successful start-up businesses in multi media advertising, heavy-haul transportation and financial services industries.  Edward has held board observation seats in several high technology venture capital backed start-up companies in the semi-conductor industry as the due-diligence expert representing a key financial investment company.  He has 30 years’ experience in business asset sales including both tangible capital assets and intangible intellectual property.
