John Meazzo is a Senior Business Advisor with M&A Business Advisors. John has over 40 years of experience as a Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Since 2012 John has been involved with mergers and acquisitions of restaurant chains and a Managed Service Organization (MSO) between with revenue between $40 to $50 million. His experience as CEO and CFO includes managing and leading companies in a wide range of industries including Insurance Companies, Mutual Funds, Manufacturing, Retail, Service, E- Commerce, Technology, Software, Health Care (medical groups, therapy, hospitals, radiology, PPOs, IPAs), Spas, Grocery stores and related businesses as well as other industries with revenues between $1M – $3 billion. He was the founder of a medical management therapy and radiology companies as well as a PPO. This included clinics and services to over 70 hospitals. John has been licensed with the DRE since 1984 and his credentials include a Bachelor and Master of Arts Degrees in Management, Business Finance and Accounting. He attended Cal State University, Los Angeles, and graduated from the University of Redlands. Having worked as a CFO for over 30 companies, and an additional 10 years in other senior financial positions (Controller, Director of Financial Analysis), John is considered an expert in financial management, business strategics, M&A analysis, financial projections, planning and managing various aspects of business financial management. John has managed a staff of CPAs, accountants, and financial analysists where projects included pricing/valuation, legal and tax implications, contract management, negotiations, financial planning, as well as developed corporate strategies. John has presented financial statements, budgets and strategic planning to board of directors, finance committees and top-level management.
