Mike received his education in Social Sciences at the University of California at Irvine, graduating Magna Cum Laude. After graduation, Mike earned a California Real Estate Broker license, and specialized in financing, developing, and marketing retail and office properties in northern and southern California, Arizona, and Nevada. In 2001, he became more focused on finance, putting commercial mortgage deals together with major Life Insurance Companies, CMBS issuers, Small Business Administration and Regional and Local Banks. Throughout his career, financial analysis and sales have been his strong suits, and since 2009 he has focused on business sales, valuations, and financial consulting. Mike has been accredited as a “Certified Business Broker” and is a member of California Association of Business Brokers (CABB) and International Business Brokers Association (IBBA).
