He has been on the buying and selling side of multiple business sales/acquisitions and understands the intricacies of being on both sides of a transaction. Most recently Kurt co-founded and was the CEO of a geospatial engineering firm for 19 years which was recognized in numerous business and trade publications. He has a diverse blend of business experience and has owned and operated businesses across the U.S. in the engineering, construction, investment, retail & restaurant industries. He has negotiated countless leases as both a commercial property owner/manager and a tenant. He graduated with a degree in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Reno. He also holds additional, specific trade certifications in the aerial mapping and geospatial industries.

Katrina Loftin is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of M&A Business Advisors and has been actively involved in business sales and acquisitions in both Nevada and California since 1992. Over her career, she has successfully closed numerous sales of privately held businesses in virtually every industry including manufacturing, logistics, distribution, auto dealerships, service businesses, franchises, restaurants and hospitality.
