Katrina Loftin is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of M&A Business Advisors and has been actively involved in business sales and acquisitions in both Nevada and California since 1992. Over her career, she has successfully closed numerous sales of privately held businesses in virtually every industry including manufacturing, logistics, distribution, auto dealerships, service businesses, franchises, restaurants and hospitality.
Katrina has owned and operated multiple businesses including an auto dealership, auto pawn business, and in hospitality and gaming.
Katrina served on the Business License Task Force Committee for the City of Reno and the Business Broker License and Test committee for the State of Nevada. Over her 30 years in Business brokerage, Katrina has earned numerous distinctions including Top Producer many times over and, in 2017, Katrina was awarded the Deal Maker of the Year for Nevada from the M&A Insider, M&A Source Executive Club (2020) IBBA Chairman’s Circle Award (2022). Katrina was also the recipient of the Triumphant Award for Financial Literacy in 2019 by the Girl Scouts of the Sierra. In 2020, Katrina Co-Founded Nevada HIP, a charity established to feed out of work hospitality and service industry workers during the pandemic.

Rei Robinett holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Nevada, Reno. Moving into his career, Rei took on the role of an Analyst at Castle Crow & Company, an Investment Group. In this capacity, he collaborated with leading private equity groups, some managing assets under management of upwards of $15 billion. Rei focused on identifying middle-market platform investments, particularly in manufacturing, distribution, and consumer services. The companies under consideration had a total enterprise value ranging from $5M to $150M.
Rei’s contributions were centered around conducting analyses to evaluate potential investments, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making. His work allowed him to delve into the complexities of the financial landscape, gaining a nuanced understanding of middle-market dynamics.
Outside of work, Rei engages in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, participates in tournaments, and enjoys outdoor activities like hiking. He maintains a fitness routine, finds solace in reading, and values quality time with his dog, Benji.
