My name is George Russell and I am the co-founder of a commercial HVAC contracting business, SaferAir, in Orange County, California. I co-founded the company about 15 years ago and decided along with coowner, Christina Baldwin, that it was time to sell. James managed the entire process efficiently, including finding and screening prospective buyers, working well with our attorney, bringing in additional support from his company when needed, plus so much more. Everything was handled in a timely and professional matter. We’re not sure we could have managed all that and continued to run our successful business. James always seemed to know what was going to happen next and prepared us for all the steps involved in this process.
