He has served as management consultant advising leaders in the Chemical, Food and Beverages, Construction Biotech, Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices throughout.

Sudarsan has an Entrepreneurial spirit that helped him build and exit a new technology product startup for the Real Estate Industry. Sudarsan is a licensed broker and owner of a Real Estate Brokerage that assisted numerous first time buyers and experience sellers in realizing the best financial value for their real estate investments. Throughout his career, he has developed a trusted network of advisors, service providers and mentors.

Sudarsan had advised startup founders on growth and Exit and is credentialed as a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA). Sudarsan has excelled in Exit Planning with his ability to bring structure to unclear situations with conflicting priorities and incoherent timelines. Sudarsan comes with a rare blend of strategic vision with a knack for a detailed focus on process. Sudarsan works in a focused manner in advising small and middle market businesses uncover opportunities, de-risk the business, identify the right buyers, structure the deal and maximize the sale proceeds. Sudarsan is an MBA in International Business specialized in Strategy and Marketing from Brandeis University. Sudarsan completed dual Engineering bachelors in Chemical Engineering and Information Technology and has always been in the cream of the respective classes.

Sudarsan loves to play Cricket and is learning Golf. Sudarsan believes in giving back to the community and is actively involved in charity. Sudarsan loves teaching and has served as a lecturer for MBA students.
