Todd ElamA longtime Reno resident since 1978, Todd Elam has over 35 years of experience successfully matching buyers and sellers across a wide range of industries throughout Northern Nevada. Todd began his career in Business Brokerage in 1990 and previously served as Vice President and Office Manager for Corporate Investment International of Nevada, a respected locally owned Business Brokerage firm in Reno.
Known for his perseverance and client dedication, Todd’s clients often describe him as someone who “never gives up.” His deep understanding of the local market, combined with decades of hands-on experience, enables him to guide clients through the complex process of business sales and acquisitions with confidence and professionalism.
In addition to his brokerage career, Todd and his wife Patty, his high school sweetheart, co-own Shannon’s Personalized Cleaning Service. Together, they’ve built both strong family and business roots in the Reno community. Todd is the proud father of two adult sons and a grandfather.
When he’s not working with clients, Todd can be found enjoying the outdoors. He’s an avid fly fisherman who loves exploring the rivers and streams of Northern Nevada and California. He also enjoys hunting, motocross, mountain biking, and boating.
