Bob Elam has been a resident of Reno since 1979 and has been selling businesses and commercial real estate for more than 30 years. Bob began his career in 1980 specializing in business sales, business acquisitions and commercial real estate. Bob previously founded and operated Corporate Investment International, a Business Brokerage firm in Reno. In addition, Bob has owned and operated several businesses including a chain of Midas stores, a Bayliner boat dealership, AAA contract towing company, and Exxon, Chevron and Shell service stations. Bob has represented numerous companies over the years and has been the exclusive broker for Saint Mary’s Regional Medical Center for 20+ years.

Todd has been a Reno resident since 1978 and began his Business Brokerage career in 1990. Prior to joining M&A Business Advisors, Todd served as the Vice President and Office Manager for Corporate Investment International of Nevada in Reno, a locally owned Business Brokerage firm.  Todd has successfully been matching buyers and sellers of all types of businesses for over 26 years in Northern Nevada. His clients are quoted to say “Todd never gives up”

In addition, Todd co owns Shannon’s Personalized Cleaning Service with his high school sweetheart and wife of 25 years, Patty. Todd’s has two adult boys and one granddaughter.

For fun, Todd is an avid fly fisherman and loves the streams and rivers of Northern Nevada and California. He also enjoys hunting and motocross along with mountain bike riding and boating.

Todd is consistently a Top 10 Producer and  was the Top Producer companywide in 2013.
