Antho Zueck is a Business Broker with M&A Business Advisors, where he represents sellers and buyers in the confidential sale of privately owned businesses throughout Orange County and Southern California. Over the course of his career, he has worked across a wide range of industries and takes the time to understand each client’s business and industry so he can accurately represent its value to prospective buyers.
Born and raised in Orange County, Antho has spent his life building relationships throughout the region. Known locally as “Mr. Hyperlocal,” he has developed deep ties within Orange County’s political and business communities over decades. He has personally visited business parks from Huntington Beach south to San Clemente and continues expanding his reach northward, meeting business owners directly to understand their needs. In many cases, when a business changes hands in Orange County, Antho is familiar with the neighborhood, the market, and the people involved.
Antho holds a degree in Statistics from the University of California, Berkeley. His quantitative background supports his work analyzing financial statements, evaluating valuation drivers, and helping sellers and buyers understand the financial mechanics behind a transaction.
Before entering Business Brokerage, Antho served as the director of a private school, where he developed leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with firsthand experience managing an enterprise that people depended on. His broader background — which includes time as a high school basketball referee, a beach lifeguard, and a political appointee — has shaped his ability to relate to business owners and buyers from a variety of backgrounds.
Antho speaks Mandarin Chinese at an advanced level, which allows him to work directly with Orange County’s Chinese-speaking business community and support cross-cultural transactions.
Outside of his advisory work, Antho is Co-Founder and President of the South Orange County Orchestra, through which he has built relationships across the region’s arts and philanthropic communities. He views a strong local business environment and a strong cultural environment as closely connected, and remains involved in organizations that contribute to both.
Antho approaches every transaction — buying or selling — with discretion, integrity, and attention to the individual circumstances of each client, recognizing that these decisions are often significant, complex, and personal.
To learn more or discuss a potential transaction, contact Antho for a confidential consultation.
