Dallas holds a B.S. in Business Management from San José State University and brings nearly a decade of sales experience from his work at a major global employment and technology platform, partnering directly with companies ranging from startups to established enterprises. He built strong professional relationships by understanding each organization’s core needs and helping them strengthen their ability to attract and retain talent.

As he progressed into a leadership role, his focus shifted from individual achievement to collective success. Managing teams taught him how to bring different people and perspectives together, find common ground, and keep everyone moving toward the same goal—skills that now help him bridge the gap between buyers and sellers.

Dallas’s connection to business ownership became more personal when family members decided to become owners themselves. That experience gave him an appreciation for the commitment that comes with ownership and the impact they have on their communities. He values the opportunity to work alongside owners as they consider a sale, taking the time to understand their priorities and tailor his approach to their individual circumstances.

Dallas is a lifelong California resident. He is licensed by the California Department of Real Estate and is an active member of both CABB and IBBA.
