Denise possesses over 30 years of business experience from start-ups to franchising to corporate environments to IPO and has started several successful companies. She has been on the buying and selling sides of multiple business sales and acquisitions and understands the intricacies associated with the sales process. Her experiential knowledge supports clients from the standpoint of having been both a buyer and seller and approaches her client’s needs from that perspective.
Denise has a diverse blend of business experience and has owned businesses in the c-store, retail, & restaurant industries. Denise also had a long career in the PC and broadband communications industries working with a range of clients from the small independent to Fortune 500 companies where her efforts in business development, procurement, and marketing yielded significant results. She has negotiated leases as both a commercial property owner and a tenant as well as contracts for national and international trade. An entrepreneur at heart, Denise most recently launched a specialty grocery market and a gourmet gift basket business.
Originally from New England, Denise moved to Reno in 1997 via Denver and proudly claims northern Nevada as her home. Her joy is any activity outdoors including cycling, skiing, back-packing, boon-docking, and gardening. When possible, she visits her 7 brothers and sisters and her 58 nieces and nephews across the country and loves overlanding with her husband.Denise understands that selling or buying a business can be a complex, intimidating, and time-consuming process.
