At a leading French multinational technology company, she led global bids involving more than 30 Tier 1 suppliers, successfully executing one of the largest RFPs in electro-mechanical commodities, a challenge where others had previously fallen short. In another standout achievement, she strategically transferred $50 million in finished goods production from single to multi-sourced domestic and global manufacturing, boosting product revenue by more than 45% for a premium international passenger airline. In the early 2000s, she represented a leading American computer brand at IEEE Battery Forums and became one of the first American women to be invited to visit or audit world’s most advanced lithium-ion battery producers in China, Japan, Korea and Taiwan. After a distinguished career optimizing procurement and operations for publicly listed and start-up companies, JC made a pivotal shift to focus on what she finds most rewarding: helping private business owners unlock and expand their potential.
