She has worked with hundreds of companies of all sizes, developing deep insight into what drives business value, buyer interest, and industry appeal.

Today, JC focuses on representing private business owners in mergers and acquisitions, business sales, and exit planning, guiding clients with operational expertise, strategic insights, and personalized support through every stage of the process—from valuation and marketing to negotiation and closing.

JC holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside, an Associate of Arts in Apparel Manufacturing from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from UCLA, and a Licensed Insurance Producer.
