My name is Eric Svensson, and I am the owner of Alternative Pool Systems. We are a Preferred Master Distributor and Installer of high-end automatic pool cover systems throughout Southern California since 1993. This acts as a letter of recommendation for Matt Coletta of M&A Business Advisors. I am the owners of a 31- year-old company in West Los Angeles called Kitchen Studio LA, which is an exclusive dealer for Downsview Kitchens, an international manufacturer of high-end kitchen systems. My company works with some of the top interior designers and builders in the industry from initial design to installation. Our products are typically installed in high-end homes throughout the greater Los Angeles area.

After many months and delays as well as dealing with several issues that came up, we successfully closed the transaction. The entire process took almost one year with so many glitches. My name is Scott Weiss and I am the owner of a public accounting firm in the Los Angeles area. I have been a CPA for over 40 years and represent a wide range of clients.
