Tina is a graduate of California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, holding a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business Management. Her professional journey began as a Quality Assurance Manager at a prominent corporation, where she traveled throughout the western United States, developing a robust understanding of operational excellence and quality control.

Embracing her entrepreneurial spirit, she founded, invested and sold a diverse array of successful businesses. All of which led her to obtain the Quick Books Certification early in her career. As a franchise owner, she gained expertise in navigating Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs) and the nuances of franchise operations.

For over ten years, Tina has led a National & Regional award-winning sales team, where she honed her skills in negotiation and problem-solving. She recognizes that each deal is unique, with its own challenges and impacts on sellers and buyers alike.
